What can you expect?
A Parent Mentor who is assigned to you will be a volunteer who has been on the autism journey with their own child for more than two years utilizing dietary interventions, medical treatments and therapies. Mentors are screened and trained before being assigned to a parent. Mentors must meet criteria in various autism topic categories to be accepted into the program. You will be matched based on your needs and the experiences and knowledge of TACA’s available mentors.
You can expect to have a mentor assigned to you in less than 2 weeks, usually in less than 1 week.
Ready to apply to be matched to a TACA Mentor? You’ll receive the application password at the end of the mentor program video. Watch the webinar, complete your application with a valid email address, submit, and we will be in touch as soon as possible with a TACA Mentor matched to support you.
